From check in to check out everything was great. I have to mention Joseph at the front desk was amazing, couldn’t of been more helpful and he upgraded our group upon arrival. He was definitely a highlight of our trip. The food at this hotel is of a high standard with great staff especially Alan who was our waiter at our last meal who had great recommendations and was very accommodating, however all the staff across the hotel where fabulous and attentive. I could not recommend this hotel enough, I have stayed at this hotel many of times and these standards have been up kept with each stay.

We've stayed multiple times at this property, but it was our first time after the start of the pandemic. It was incredibly clean, with employees masked at all times. The staff here is beyond nice - they make a good vacation great. Super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms, pool, grounds, and views are simply beyond. We'll definitely be back again!

Thank you Milton in Guest Services and Chef Noel for making our trip special. our dog Lucy was pampered the entire trip by all staff, but Milton and Noel went above and beyond to make our quick getaway a great one.

When we arrived we got to this scenic view up to the hotel. Then we got offered great customer service and they were very helpful making sure we were comfortable and know whats in the area to do. We stayed on the 3rd floor which had an amazing view of the valley during the day and a well light city at night. Very quite and luxurious. Perfect stay for sure

Everyone was extremely kind and eager to happily help which made the experience memorable. Poolside service was efficient and a unique experience! Room had great views of the mountains and I loved that the hiking trails are easily accessible with beautiful views, not too difficult of a hike.

It surpassed every expectation I had! The facilities were beautiful, and the amenities were exceptional! The room was luxurious and comfortable, and the pools were unbelievable!

We had a wonderful room with a glorious view of the mountains. The gardens and communal areas were wonderful. The staff were super friendly and we had a bottle of bubbles and delicious chocolates sent to our room for my partner’s birthday.
